Title: Goffs Park
Description: Located on the south-west side of Crawley, Goffs Park covers some 50 acres and features open parkland, lakes, children's play areas, 18 hole pitch & putt course, miniature railway, cricket pitch & pavilion, refreshments, boating pond and way-marked walks through mature oak woodland. The original sixteenth-century timber-framed Goffs House is still there and is now a Grade II listed building. It was once owned by Peter Vaughan ('Grouty' from the T.V. series Porridge) and has since been converted into a public house and restaurant.
