Title: Nutley Windmill
Description: Standing above the Ashdown Forest, Nutley Windmill is the oldest working mill in Sussex. Featuring an open trestle (the only example of its kind), it was transported here from Crowborough in around 1813. The stones stopped turning in 1908 and the mill sat idle for more than 60 years. Restoration started in 1968, the sails turned again in 1972 and in 1981 the mill became fully operational once more.
